This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Create visual assets for marketing initiatives across various platforms including email, paid media, social media, landing pages, and more.
• Transform campaign and creative briefs from channel owners into effective visual concepts and finalized assets.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a balance between speed and quality.
• Produce design work in diverse formats, such as website and landing page visuals, email marketing materials, paid social and display advertising, social graphics, and internal presentation materials.
• Provide clean and organized final files that are user-friendly, easily transferable, and adaptable for various channels.
• Implement established brand guidelines consistently across all creative work to maintain visual identity, messaging, and tone coherence.
• Leverage strong design instincts to make informed decisions regarding layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, and channel-specific best practices.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of reusable design systems, templates, components, and creative patterns.
• Carefully review work for accuracy, polish, and adherence to brand standards prior to publication.
• Collaborate directly with channel owners to grasp the objectives of each request, identify the target audience, and define success metrics.
• Navigate feedback effectively by asking clarifying questions, organizing revisions, and ensuring project progression.
• Provide insightful design recommendations to enhance requests based on brand standards, user experience, channel performance, or creative best practices.
• Work in collaboration with marketing, product, sales, and other internal teams to address business needs across the portfolio.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in-house or at an agency supporting marketing teams.
• A robust portfolio showcasing marketing design across digital channels.
• Experience in creating direct response assets.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and their implications for design testing.
• Proven capability in designing within established brand guidelines.
• Ability to transition from brief to final asset with minimal guidance.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in designing for performance-driven channels such as email, paid social, display advertising, and landing pages.
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy abilities.
• Experience in creating reusable templates, components, and design systems.
• Familiar with channel-specific specifications and best practices.
• Capable of preparing clean files for handoff, production, or implementation.
• Basic knowledge of web, email, and responsive design principles.
• Highly organized and adept at working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong communicator who can articulate design decisions effectively.
• Comfortable seeking clarification when a brief lacks clarity.
• Open to constructive feedback while also providing clear design recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to independently advance work.
