This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Take charge of MoonTech’s positioning, unique selling proposition (USP), and messaging framework for all target audiences.
• Establish clear narratives for both B2B and B2C segments, including brands, creators, and the market.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to continually enhance our positioning.
• Convert business objectives into a coherent messaging strategy.
• Oversee all primary marketing outputs: Website messaging, Sales and investor presentations, and materials for events and campaigns.
• Define and execute an activation calendar that aligns with growth and significant milestones.
• Manage the comprehensive communication strategy and its implementation across various channels.
• Create and maintain a well-structured content and communications calendar.
• Ensure a consistent narrative is presented across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop and uphold messaging frameworks, FAQs, objection handling documents, and internal communication protocols.
• Lead the creative direction and execution in collaboration with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold quality control across all outputs.
• Drive public relations and media preparedness, including media preparation for founders, interview messaging, and alignment of external communications.
• Manage the investor narrative and ensure messaging consistency.
• Prepare founders for fundraising efforts, investor meetings, and public or media appearances.
• Develop structured talking points and Q&A frameworks.
• Ensure clear, repeatable narratives during product launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• 8–10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing, preferably within tech or startups.
• Proven track record of owning positioning and messaging at the company level.
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex products into clear, understandable narratives.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Strong history in brand and messaging strategy, content and communication leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative production processes.
• Strong execution focus with a keen attention to detail and speed.
• Familiarity with investor communication, public relations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required.
