This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for aiding Distribution goals related to acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development by contributing to advanced analytic initiatives.
• Executes local market planning and analytical assessments.
• Utilizes agent and district data to inform business decisions concerning areas of opportunity, agent segmentation, and planning, among others.
• Aids in the development of scorecards, agency development presentations for Senior Leadership, and campaign management reporting.
• Supports a variety of diverse projects, from Planning and Agency Segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger-based marketing initiatives.
• Oversees the daily operations and maintenance of both new and existing systems to fulfill business requirements.
• Assists in leading implementation efforts, resolving user/system issues, and maintaining documentation.
• Identifies and escalates issues and risks associated with functional design, proposing alternative solutions.
• Configures, maintains, enhances, and generates reports on new and existing Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
• Provides a high level of expertise in solution design and functionality of business applications.
• Builds partnerships with channel managers and stakeholders to communicate and clarify requirements.
• Contributes to the formulation of long-term business plans, ensuring alignment of products and services with business needs.
• Conducts system analyses and evaluates existing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Researches and devises techniques for automation.
• Responsible for maintaining project quality control, ensuring effective development of methods and practices for system management.
• Assists in collecting and analyzing data and metrics to gauge project success and provide recommendations for enhancement.
• Coordinates the development and rollout of various technology phases.
• Takes ownership of all activities related to optimizing the service delivery process, including problem management, service delivery reports, and web content development.
• Collaborates with business partners to recommend solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
• Assesses vendor proposals and supports the coordination of vendor technical engagement in the planning, installation, and implementation of systems and processes.
• Monitors the achievement of SLAs with suppliers and escalates issues when SLAs are not fulfilled.
• Minimum Required English Proficiency: Fluent
• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• API & Webhooks: Intermediate
• Data Mapping & ETL: Intermediate
• SQL & Data Querying: Advanced
• Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): Intermediate
• Marketing Automation Tools: Advanced
• Tag Management & Analytics: Intermediate
• Call Analytics & Routing Systems: Entry Level
