This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in integrated marketing and communications efforts by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and aligning outputs with business goals.
• Oversee the creation of press releases by drafting content, managing approval processes, and coordinating distribution via the appropriate channels.
• Administer award initiatives by identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, and tracking outcomes to enhance brand visibility.
• Formulate executive social media strategies by creating and supporting content calendars, drafting posts, and optimizing engagement opportunities.
• Produce engaging written content by creating messaging, copy, and promotional materials that bolster campaigns and thought leadership.
• Evaluate media coverage and social media performance by maintaining dashboards, analyzing trends, and suggesting enhancements.
• Organize media interviews and speaking engagements by managing logistics, briefing materials, and communications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with vendors that support the Marketing team.
• Maintain the newsroom and digital communication assets by publishing updates, managing biographies, and ensuring content accuracy.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Demand Generation, Investor Relations, and Internal Communications to align messaging and support integrated campaigns.
• Oversee editorial calendars and communications project plans by prioritizing deliverables and ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
• Assist in executive communications initiatives by preparing content and coordinating opportunities for external visibility.
• Identify enhancements to processes by evaluating workflows, documenting best practices, and proposing more efficient communication methods.
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, corporate communications, social media, or a related communications area.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced copywriting capabilities.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience in developing press releases and media materials.
• Proficient in managing social media platforms and analytics.
• Robust project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze communication performance metrics and formulate recommendations.
• Strong aptitude for building effective cross-functional relationships.
