This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Implement the marketing and communications strategy of the Center.
• Direct external communications and messaging targeted at alumni, donors, partners, and collaborators.
• Create and manage digital platforms to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Supervise engagement with Miami alumni, significant donors, and international ecosystem partners.
• Disseminate content, tools, and resources that bolster the faith and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, digital design, or a closely related field by the date of appointment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, digital design, or a closely related field, along with 5 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, journalism, digital design, or a combination thereof (as evidenced by coursework or professional experience).
• Consideration may be extended to candidates holding a Master’s degree in business or a related field, with 4 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, journalism, digital design, or a mix thereof (as evidenced by coursework or professional experience) and/or with experience in:
• implementing scaling strategies in an entrepreneurial environment.
• executing scaling strategies in higher education.
• the faith and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• graphic design.
• developing platforms to launch new programs or events.
• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Availability for travel.
