This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business leaders, transformation teams, and initiative teams to gain insights into the current state and future objectives concerning company-wide, high-impact projects, enterprise priorities, organizational changes, and other essential business efforts.
• Design and implement strategic internal communication plans to meet identified needs.
• Convert complex business priorities, change initiatives, and leadership directions into clear, relevant narratives and communications that help employees grasp what is changing, why it is important, and how it impacts them.
• Oversee narrative tracking and validation across initiatives and enterprise communications to ensure visibility into what has been communicated, how storylines are evolving, and where alignment or reinforcement may be necessary.
• Manage organizational focus by pinpointing areas where communications may overlap, compete, or create confusion, and devise strategies that yield more concentrated and effective employee communications.
• Produce content such as messaging, communication plans, leader toolkits, FAQs, intranet content, newsletter articles, talking points, communication calendars, reports, and other materials that foster clarity, alignment, adoption, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director to enhance leader communications, including leadership previews, cascade materials, talking points, follow-up communications, employee-facing messaging for significant moments, and other resources that enable leader communications.
• Aid in the upkeep and advancement of internal crisis communication materials.
• Work alongside Employee Experience leads to align communications with employee recognition, culture activation, employee storytelling, engagement moments, and community-building efforts when suitable.
• Utilize AI as a co-creator to transform traditional approaches to communications workflows and outputs.
• Over 7 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, corporate communications, change communications, or a related field.
• Confidence and creativity in strategic communication approaches.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a storytelling mindset that utilizes context, examples, and human relevance to bring narratives to life.
• Capability to translate complex business subjects into clear, succinct, employee-friendly communications.
• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, organizational change, leadership communications, or transformation programs.
• Ability to forge trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across various functions and levels.
• Proficient in writing for executive voices.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive or high-impact communications.
• Understanding of how to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and title levels within an organization.
• Experience in developing communication plans, leader toolkits, FAQs, intranet content, newsletters, and executive messaging.
• Comfortable working within a matrixed environment with multiple priorities, stakeholders, and communication channels.
• Proficient in utilizing employee feedback, engagement data, channel metrics, and other insights to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Familiarity with employee communications platforms, intranet tools, AI/search tools, or digital workplace channels is preferred.
• Experience and comfort in leveraging AI generative tools to co-create and refine workflows and outputs.
