This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conversion Funnel Optimization (CRO): Oversee user navigation on Intellux’s website, pinpointing and eliminating barriers that hinder sign-ups and subscription plans.
• Strategic Copywriting: Craft and evaluate messaging that emphasizes tangible benefits for SMEs and startups, showcasing our unique architecture and AI agents (while avoiding the impression of merely being a “wrapper”).
• Support and Digital CX Management: Organize and supervise support channels, utilizing them as valuable sources of insights to enhance the product and refine the website’s communication.
• Automation and Relationship Workflows: Set up email automations and notification processes to convert leads, onboard new users, and re-engage inactive users.
• SaaS Metrics Analysis: Track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), churn rate, and the effectiveness of commercial plans concerning operational expenses (the AI unit economics) on a daily basis.
• Product Marketing: Convert Intellux’s technical features (such as the editorial calendar and scheduling) into clear value propositions that tackle pain points in the B2B market.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing for SaaS or B2B digital products.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4), heatmap software (Hotjar/Clarity), and marketing automation platforms (RD Station/HubSpot).
