This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Serve as a strategic analytical partner to the Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing leaders, critically assessing plans and influencing data-driven decisions regarding channel mix and budgeting, which includes analyzing customer acquisition costs, forecasting customer spending, and optimizing marketing channel combinations;
• Oversee the mobile attribution framework for both paid and organic channels, encompassing setup, ongoing maintenance, and quality assurance in platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments aimed at assessing incrementality, including holdout tests, geographic experiments, and conversion lift studies, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Formulate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B testing, and effectively present your findings to emphasize the significance of your insights.
• Evaluate the effects of offline and upper-funnel campaigns (OOH, TV, radio, etc.) on app installs, sign-ups, branded search, and other performance metrics utilizing appropriate analytical methodologies.
• Assist in monitoring existing performance marketing metrics, pinpoint areas needing enhancement, and create new metrics that facilitate decision-making throughout the organization.
• Develop data visualizations and reports that are both informative and easily comprehensible for business and product teams.
• Manage essential data flows in collaboration with the Data Engineering team, from establishing requirements to validating data integrity.
• At least 3 years of experience in a data/marketing analyst role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar, including troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong comprehension of iOS and Android attribution processes, including SKAN, ATT consent, deferred deep links, and in-app event tracking.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms from Meta and Google.
• Familiarity with Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience in designing and executing A/B tests is a plus.
• Experience with LTV forecasting and cohort-based revenue modeling is strongly preferred.
• Strong quantitative abilities and a systematic approach to problem-solving, with the capability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Fluent in English.
