Senior Marketing Analyst, Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate marketing performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead generation.

• Develop, manage, and refine dashboards and reporting tools for the leadership and marketing teams.

• Oversee and assess search marketing performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Administer and sustain data integrations across marketing and CRM platforms.

• Guarantee data accuracy and consistency within reporting systems.

• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to facilitate strategic initiatives and informed decision-making.

• Leverage analytics platforms to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Support in monitoring ROI, conversion metrics, and funnel performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is required; experience in higher education is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in search marketing and analytics is required.

• Experience in an agency setting is highly advantageous.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the capability to accurately calculate figures and interpret data.

• Ability to apply common-sense reasoning and resolve problems that involve multiple variables in standardized scenarios.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Competent in reading, understanding, and conveying instructions, correspondence, and reporting information clearly.

• Comfortable with delivering presentations to individuals and small groups within the organization.

• Extensive experience with GA4, PowerBI, Looker Studio, Funnel.io, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems (experience with Velocify and CampusVUE is a plus), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
