Senior Marketing Analyst, Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess marketing performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to enhance campaign efficiency and lead generation.

• Develop, sustain, and refine dashboards and reporting tools for both leadership and marketing teams.

• Track and analyze search marketing performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Oversee and maintain data integrations across marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

• Guarantee data accuracy and consistency throughout reporting systems.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to facilitate strategic initiatives and informed decision-making.

• Leverage analytics platforms to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Support the tracking of return on investment (ROI), conversion metrics, and funnel performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is required; experience in higher education is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in search marketing and analytics is mandatory.

• Experience in an agency setting is a significant advantage.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the capability to calculate figures and interpret data accurately.

• Ability to employ common-sense reasoning to solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to read, comprehend, and convey instructions, correspondence, and reporting information clearly.

• Comfortable presenting information to individuals and small groups within the organization.

• Extensive working knowledge of GA4, PowerBI, Looker Studio, Funnel.io, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems (experience with Velocify and CampusVUE is a plus), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
