Senior Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Marketing Analyst, you will lead the brand's communication strategies within the B2B LATAM context.

• Oversee the branding and B2B communication strategy across LATAM countries where Koin operates, ensuring local relevance and regional impact.

• Plan and execute institutional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and positioning across various markets.

• Coordinate initiatives with the PR agency by defining strategic guidelines and managing deliverables.

• Organize corporate events, brand activations, and the company's participation in regional fairs and conferences.

• Develop and oversee institutional content that aligns with the brand's global narrative and positioning.

• Serve as the Marketing point of reference for LATAM, ensuring cultural adaptation of campaigns and alignment with global directives.

• Manage interfaces with internal departments (Product, Anti-fraud, Commercial, among others) to ensure integrated execution aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate local agencies and partners, monitoring delivery timelines, quality of work, and compliance with agreements.

• Supervise schedules, budgets, and KPIs (key performance indicators) for all branding initiatives under your responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B marketing roles, with a strong focus on branding, strategic communication, or institutional marketing.

• Experience in managing projects for Latin America, demonstrating a deep understanding of the region's cultural nuances and market dynamics.

• Direct experience in coordinating Public Relations (via agencies), organizing corporate events, and executing high-impact institutional campaigns.
