This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly engage with clients to comprehend their needs, convert them into data solutions, and provide clear insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, and Tableau, tailored to client configurations.
• Design and uphold data models that aggregate information from various marketing platforms and sources.
• Document and map data flows within intricate, multi-source schemas.
• Actively spot opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data and effectively communicate the findings.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analytical purposes, and investigations.
• Oversee and improve data transformations using dbt.
• Perform QA/UAT to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborative efforts.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) with the capability to execute projects across all.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into daily operations.
• Experience managing multiple marketing data sources concurrently (advertising platforms, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of data modeling principles (such as star schema and dimensional modeling).
• Understanding of ELT/ETL concepts and troubleshooting data transformation logic.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to communicate directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Takes initiative and accountability for their work and outcomes.
• Able to confidently present their work and insights to clients.
• Consistently reviews their own work for quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to delivery.
• Strong analytical abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, able to clarify issues with clients and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience with QA/UAT processes.
• Remote-first work environment.
