Marketing Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and Sustain Marketing Performance Dashboards

• Oversee and refresh the essential documents utilized by the marketing leadership team to manage business operations and report on performance to the entire go-to-customer organization

• Monitor and analyze crucial funnel metrics such as lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, opportunity velocity, and closed-won revenue

• Detect conversion bottlenecks and offer data-driven recommendations to enhance funnel health and efficiency

• Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, email, partnership initiatives, and ABM channels

• Assist in the implementation and improvement of attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, W-shaped, algorithmic) to evaluate the impact of marketing on pipeline and revenue

• Leverage historical data and predictive analytics to construct models that forecast MQLs, pipeline generation, and marketing-sourced revenue

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a business intelligence role, preferably within a B2B SaaS setting

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• An inherently curious mindset, continuously seeking to understand the underlying reasons behind the numbers

• Proven ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
