This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Evaluate marketing effectiveness across paid, earned, and owned media campaigns, monitoring comprehensive metrics from awareness to revenue.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to assist in strategic planning efforts and set performance objectives.
β’ Oversee ad hoc analytics inquiries and prepare for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, including presentations for executives and the Board.
β’ Refine lead scoring models and attribution analytics, performing thorough validations of the models.
β’ Create and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
β’ Assist in Lead Flow and PipeGen evaluations by producing detailed dashboards for closed-loop marketing reporting.
β’ Improve customer journey optimization via omni-channel campaign activation, A/B testing, and recommendations for single-channel strategies.
β’ Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics).
β’ Over 5 years of extensive analytics experience supporting GTM teams (Marketing and/or Sales) in high-growth B2B settings.
β’ Proficient in SQL and Python programming; familiar with AI tools for data analysis and automation.
β’ Experience with platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, BigQuery, Looker, CDP (Segment, Hightouch); knowledge of Paid and Social Media Platforms; relevant certifications are a plus.
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
β’ Exceptional storytelling skills to convert complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
β’ Comfortable presenting to executives and stakeholders at all levels of the organization using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar software.
β’ In-depth knowledge of PLG (Product-Led Growth), SLG (Sales-Led Growth), and Closed Loop Marketing methodologies.
