📋 Description

• Assist in achieving Distribution goals for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and direct growth through advanced analytic initiatives.

• Execute local market analysis and planning.

• Utilize direct sales data to guide business decisions regarding opportunities, agent segmentation, and strategic planning.

• Aid in the creation of scorecards and agency development presentations for senior leadership.

• Generate reports for campaign management.

• Contribute to various projects involving planning, agency analysis, and segmentation.

• Formulate actionable strategies for trigger-based marketing campaigns.

• Innovate applications for established concepts.

• Create, enhance, and refine organizational analytics.

• Compile, analyze, and maintain Distribution reports and visualizations.

• Identify and report negative trends to Distribution Management.

• Collaborate with team members on Distribution projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of two years' experience in business planning, marketing, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to provide creative solutions.

• Solid business acumen.

• Relationship management capabilities.

• Competence in building effective business partner relationships.

• Advanced verbal and written communication abilities.

• Intermediate technical skills in marketing analysis.

• Intermediate technical skills in statistical analysis.

• Intermediate technical skills in optimization techniques.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Intermediate proficiency in PowerBI.

• Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire.
