Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

• Design content strategies, write copy, create briefs, prepare presentations, and produce institutional materials.

• Assist in audiovisual projects by crafting scripts, coordinating filming, conducting interviews, and ensuring deliverables are met.

• Organize information and requests for the press office, aiding in the creation of press pitches, data collection, and obtaining necessary approvals.

• Develop and refresh landing pages, forms, emails, communication workflows, and comprehensive content resources (e.g., whitepapers, guides).

• Facilitate inbound marketing efforts, lead generation, and paid advertising initiatives.

• Track performance across social media channels, websites, blogs, emails, and campaigns, identifying insights and areas for enhancement.

• Assist in creating materials and initiatives aimed at school networks, educational departments, events, and partner organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation.

• Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and NotebookLM, especially in research, information organization, and content creation, with a focus on critical curation and brand voice adherence.

• Preferred: Basic experience with analytics platforms or post-scheduling applications.

• Preferred: Foundational knowledge in design, editing, or automation processes.

• Preferred: Understanding of email marketing or CRM systems such as RD Station, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Preferred: Experience or interest in communication related to education, the public sector, or social impact initiatives.
