This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist clients in enhancing their marketing and media planning using the Keen Platform’s Bayesian modeling software.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to implement account strategies for a designated group of clients.
• Acquire knowledge of Keen Platform features to aid clients in measuring marketing effectiveness and making investment choices.
• Provide guidance and training on data manipulation and management services.
• Aggregate, clean, and upload data to the Keen Platform.
• Facilitate data-source integration with client users.
• Perform model quality assessments, including evaluating statistical fit, tactic ROIs, data quality, and providing narrative support.
• Work with Senior Analysts to propose model adjustments that enhance model health and align with client narratives.
• Set up and execute optimized marketing plans that reflect account strategies and client planning objectives.
• Train client users on the Plans feature.
• Configure reporting features and create narrative and storytelling presentations.
• Download PowerPoint report exports and draft initial story outlines for Account Directors and clients.
• Participate in significant client meetings remotely, such as Top-to-Tops and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues and refine models to meet business goals.
• Monitor model updates for expanding accounts and pinpoint optimization chances.
• Offer product development feedback for improvements to the platform.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, SaaS Customer Success, and/or Data Cleansing & Management in either academic or professional settings.
• Strong passion for business software and a willingness to utilize it extensively.
• Proficient in Excel with a keen interest in organizing and analyzing data.
• Skilled in PowerPoint with the ability to create impactful presentation decks.
• High standards for delivering quality work.
• Self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn new concepts.
• Willingness or ability to grasp Bayesian modeling.
• Must have a designated remote work office.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Keen is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
