• Engage with strategic B2B partners to foster long-term relationships.
• Anticipate challenges, market shifts, and trends while leading proactive solution development; employ critical thinking to suggest standards and operational strategies that mitigate risks and drive growth in line with resource requirements.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with your partners.
• 8+ years of pertinent experience.
• Exceptional skills in organizing, leading, and meticulously executing large-scale projects with a company-wide impact.
• Operates with a growth-oriented mindset and demonstrates a strong inclination for action.
• Analyzes internal or external business issues and recommends best practices for the broader team and a strategic portfolio across diverse market stages.
• Capable of influencing product, policy, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Navigates and overcomes organizational challenges by building trust, influencing decision-making, and uniting diverse perspectives to drive alignment and progress.
• Comfortable and adept at regularly engaging with senior management (Director, Regional Director).
• Utilizes knowledge of key business drivers and factors to achieve results.
• Executes tasks flawlessly and independently.
• Proven ability to handle operational complexity and maximize resource impact effectively.
