This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leading the establishment of a strategic intelligence and business analytics framework that enhances enterprise decision-making across ISACA.
• Merging external market, competitive, regulatory, and customer insights with internal business performance assessments.
• Creating and tracking relevant external and internal metrics, designing key performance measurement strategies, and generating forecasts, models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Utilizing modern AI tools and methodologies to expedite analysis and broaden access to intelligence throughout ISACA.
• Integrating information from diverse internal and external sources and converting complex findings into actionable business insights.
• Promoting the incorporation of market intelligence into ISACA's strategic planning initiatives.
• Establishing and reinforcing market intelligence and data-driven decision-making as a vital organizational capability.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, data analytics, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in strategic/competitive intelligence, strategy, business intelligence/analytics, corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, or similar insight-driven roles.
• Practical experience with BI/dashboarding and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Proven capability to construct Excel-based financial models, including forecasting, scenario modeling, market sizing, and business cases.
• Experience in structuring ambiguous challenges, synthesizing multiple data sources, and providing robust, decision-ready insights.
• Established history of effectively communicating with senior leaders through executive-ready presentations/memos and clear recommendations.
• Background in membership organizations, credentialing, education, professional services, or other data-rich environments where market shifts influence portfolio decisions.
• Proficient in SQL and/or analytics languages/tools (e.g., Python, R, SPSS) for querying, data modeling, or statistical analysis.
• Experience in supporting partnership evaluation, portfolio strategy, strategic finance, or investment prioritization.
• Familiarity with the domains of cybersecurity, digital trust, IT governance, risk, or audit markets.
• Strong understanding of AI, its potential applications in addressing business challenges, and the future trajectory of AI advancements.
