Senior Manual Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to establish testing objectives.

• Develop, organize, and implement thorough test plans and test cases utilizing management tools.

• Execute various levels of testing while ensuring compliance with manual testing best practices.

• Conduct root cause analyses and collaboratively resolve issues with development teams.

• Offer mentorship to junior and mid-level QA engineers.

• Work in conjunction with other QA teams to enhance tools, methodologies, and testing workflows.

• Assist in UAT activities by providing training and facilitating client approval for production readiness.

• Generate and maintain comprehensive test reports, release notes, and QA documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Proficiency in API testing (e.g., Postman, Brunno).

• Practical experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, X-Ray, Azure, TestRail, Aqua).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with automation frameworks is an advantage.
