Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product quality throughout the entire feature lifecycle.

• Examine product documentation, clarify requirements, and identify dependencies at an early stage (shift-left approach).

• Design, develop, and sustain automated test coverage for our APIs (both internal and public, addressing core data entities) as well as our web UI, utilizing Playwright or similar browser automation tools.

• Build our AI-agent testing infrastructure: a collaborative platform that QA engineers and developers across teams utilize to test their own projects and contribute. You will influence its architecture, standards, and contribution model.

• Work alongside the Platform team to deploy across various environments, ensuring smooth operations while adhering to shared standards, practices, and processes.

• Conduct manual testing as needed to verify complex scenarios and new features that exceed automated coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA / test automation.

• More than 3 years of experience in Python development and testing using pytest.

• Practical experience with browser automation frameworks: Playwright preferred (Selenium or Cypress also accepted).

• Strong SQL proficiency, especially in MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools beyond simple code autocomplete.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
