This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize and oversee the execution of direct-to-member In-Service programs.
• Outline pivotal moments in the participant experience and establish a vision for a cohesive leadership journey.
• Collaborate with subject-matter expert teams to create learning agendas and refine experiences annually.
• Design and organize experiences, including staffing plans, operational logistics, session materials, and facilitation.
• Work in partnership with regional and hub teams to tailor and implement In-Service key moments.
• Conduct regional needs assessments and create readily available resources and tools through design sprints.
• Oversee project management for the CPLE team to achieve significant In-Service milestones.
• Conduct staff training to ensure program staff clearly understand experience outcomes.
• Handle complex project management and execution across both central and regional workstreams.
• Lead coordination among cross-functional stakeholders and maintain relationships with national, regional, local, and external partners.
• Identify risks and opportunities while providing support for short-term strategic initiatives.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in positions that involve direct management and robust lateral management skills.
• Proven ability in relationship-building and cross-functional leadership.
• Extensive experience in designing, executing, and leading large-scale key moments that align with Teach For America’s program model.
• Experience in leading regional programs.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Capability to establish and evolve the vision and direction for key moments and leadership experiences.
• Proficiency in building strong relationships even in challenging contexts.
• Skill in influencing others towards achieving outcomes through adept relationship management.
• Ability to make prompt decisions and exhibit sound judgment.
• Commitment to continual improvement and learning from previous experiences.
• Talent for inspiring and motivating others to meet measurable goals.
• Flexible/Remote work arrangement.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
