This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Elevate businesses from the ordinary to the exceptional
• Create solutions driven by processes that yield measurable outcomes
• Assess clients' existing business processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and propose enhancements
• Design, create, and implement tailored solutions that align with client objectives
• Oversee sales processes while nurturing robust customer relationships
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to guarantee high-quality solutions
• Guide strategic vision and synchronize new business processes
• 15 years of experience in leading significant transformational initiatives
• Certifications in change management: Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, etc.
• Strong capacity to influence, collaborate, and forge relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Knowledge in Operational Readiness & Workforce Transformation
• Experience in Executive Stakeholder Engagement
• Proficient in Large-Scale Transformation Leadership
• Skilled in Communication & Engagement Strategy
• Experience in Public Sector Transformation
• Competence in Training & Enablement Strategy
• Familiarity with Risk Mitigation & Adoption Planning
• Experience in PMO / Program Integration
• Coordination with Vendors & Partners
• Ability to conduct Stakeholder Impact Analysis Across Operations and Public Services
• Identification of Business Process & End-User Impact
• Must be willing to travel to the client site twice a month
