Senior Manager/Director, Marketing Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support Zimperium's Objectives: Ensure that during the planning, strategizing, and execution phases, our event goals of generating demand, enhancing brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience are central to our strategy.

• Events Lifecycle Management: Create a comprehensive 360-degree strategy for executing events globally (as applicable) to ensure alignment with targeted outcomes, including promotion and follow-up before, during, and after events.

• Budget Management: Oversee an extensive events program and its associated budget.

• Reporting: Accountable for all budgeting and reporting aspects, including the tracking and reporting of cost per lead, cost per opportunity, raw leads, and target account leads for each event. Ensure that metrics are defined, monitored, and reported, with avenues for continuous improvement identified and incorporated into future activities.

• Internal Communication and Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency regarding event goals and strategies.

• Onsite Event Execution: Manage onsite event operations (when necessary) for all major events.

• Vendor and Events Ecosystem Growth and Maintenance: Foster a cohesive, global event ecosystem by cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners (agencies, vendors) to produce high-quality work that supports the successful execution of events.

• Travel: Up to 25% travel required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event and/or project management.

• At least 2 years of experience in events within the security industry.

• Proven experience collaborating with global teams to execute large-scale events.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of successfully managing multiple projects to completion while driving business results.

• Data-driven, budget-aware, and a creative problem solver with expert knowledge of event platforms and metrics.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must demonstrate excellent judgment and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

• A strong, inspiring leader for other members of our marketing team, driving innovative and thoughtful event strategies across all mediums, including live, virtual, hybrid, social, and video.
