This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete execution of the quarterly assessment process for the global portfolio.
• Perform outreach to AEs and CSMs and facilitate assessment interviews utilizing the 10-dimension scoring rubric.
• Gather account data from CRM systems, support platforms, and input from stakeholders.
• Assess and score accounts consistently according to the established assessment framework.
• Handle logistics for quarterly assessments, including scheduling, interview tracking, and addressing any blockers.
• Organize and centralize data related to portfolio health.
• Develop and maintain the Global Portfolio Health Dashboard within CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM.
• Create quarterly portfolio health reports and individual account risk scorecards.
• Communicate findings to internal teams, customers, and SI partners.
• Assist in the creation of case studies and content for customer workshops and marketing events.
• Manage the market insights and events calendar alongside the Program Manager.
• Coordinate logistics for customer workshops and partner events, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up tracking.
• Provide support to the AI Architect with data feed inputs and documentation for the assessment agent build.
• Ensure the accuracy of portfolio health data to aid in prioritization and resource allocation.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the overall Account Health Score and early identification of risks.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, Program Coordination, or a related field.
• Experience, preferably in the Enterprise Cloud or Life Sciences technology sectors.
• Proven track record of executing structured data collection or assessment processes for large, complex account portfolios.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to convert multi-source data into actionable reports and health metrics.
• Competence in coordinating logistics and managing calendars for concurrent workshops, marketing events, and reporting cycles.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration with AEs, CSMs, customers, and SI partners.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing competing priorities in a dynamic global environment.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce, CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM, and Salesforce Reports & Dashboards is required.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience with structured evaluation frameworks and assessment methodologies.
• Skilled in collecting and centralizing data from CRM systems, support platforms, and stakeholder contributions.
• Experience in preparing portfolio health reports, account risk scorecards, and executive-level materials.
• Familiarity with managing multi-track content and events calendars.
• Awareness of AI-assisted productivity tools such as Agentforce, Slack AI, Einstein Copilot, Gemini, or similar.
• Willingness to assist with agentic technology builds and maintain documentation for AI assessment tools.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Quip.
• Previous internal Salesforce experience or background is a valuable asset.
