This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and oversee the enterprise workforce planning capability.
• Convert intricate workforce dynamics across various business segments into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Direct Avantor's global workforce planning cycle.
• Collaborate with segment Presidents, HR Business Partners, and Finance teams.
• Create scenario models to assist in restructuring and strategic redeployment decisions.
• Oversee Avantor's people analytics function.
• Provide high-quality, executive-level workforce insights.
• Communicate workforce analytics findings to C-suite executives and segment leadership.
• Establish and uphold data governance standards for all personnel data.
• Continuously enhance planning methodologies, tools, and operational practices.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, people analytics, or HR data roles, with 3–5+ years at the managerial level within a large, complex, global organization.
• Advanced analytical skills — proficient in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and workforce planning tools.
• Experience with Workday and Workday Adaptive.
• Background in supporting business transformation, restructuring, or cost optimization programs through workforce data.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link people data to P&L outcomes and strategic objectives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including effective engagement with C-suite audiences across various regions.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment law, data privacy regulations (EU GDPR), and workforce reporting requirements.
