This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Lead strategic analyses on digital performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.

• Define and monitor business KPIs and digital performance indicators.

• Develop in-depth analyses of the customer journey and optimization opportunities.

• Create executive dashboards and automate data analysis processes.

• Serve as a technical reference for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery.

• Ensure the quality of digital data collection and measurement.

• Structure measurement plans, event documentation, and data layers in collaboration with technology teams.

• Support the implementation of best practices for measurement and governance of digital data.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and BI teams to define indicators and strategies.

• Present analyses and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Identify performance optimization opportunities and enhance the company's analytical maturity.

• Keep track of trends and propose continuous improvements in tools, processes, and analytics methodologies.

• Solid experience in Digital Analytics or Web Analytics.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Experience with Power BI and/or Looker Studio.

• Background in funnel analysis, user behavior, attribution, and digital measurement.

• Experience in building executive dashboards and presentations for business areas.

• Consultative and analytical profile with the ability to influence various stakeholders.
