Senior Director – Qualitative Data Collection and Analysis

• Create and execute annual business plans for QDA.

• Keep abreast of industry trends to guarantee access to top-tier capabilities.

• Collaborate with all teams involved in PCR solutions.

• Oversee staff management including recruitment, job description formulation, and performance evaluation.

• Foster thought leadership in scientific advancements.

• Assist in opportunity management and the formulation of qualitative research strategies.

• Supervise the execution of qualitative elements of PCR studies.

• Partner with both external and internal vendors for qualitative research services.

• Manage technologies related to qualitative research for data gathering and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in qualitative research within a pertinent field, with a proven record of scientific contributions.

• A PhD in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.

• Extensive and proven comprehension of patient-centered research methodologies.

• Capability to devise business strategies and plans.

• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting principles.

• Established ability to guide a team to produce high-quality scientific outputs.

• Proven effectiveness in delegating tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and staff management abilities.

• Competence in working within a cross-functional team environment.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
