This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Manage and maintain databases to ensure the quality and availability of information.

• Process and analyze data for the creation of dashboards and performance indicators.

• Design and automate control panels for tracking results.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports for various departments within the organization.

• Analyze trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement within operations.

• Oversee the quality of internal processes through the development of formats, documentation, and file control.

• Provide support during internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Analyze information related to logistics and the productivity of field personnel.

• Integrate and analyze expense and resource information for the creation of executive reports aimed at clients.

• Suggest process improvements based on data analysis and indicators.

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed in Administration, Marketing, Psychology with an analytical focus, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and processing.

• Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and macros).

• Experience in managing and administering databases.

• Preferred experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

• Desired at least 1 year of experience in PSP.
