This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for generating insights and follow-ups for a key business unit, acting as the primary contact for Senior Managers and Associate Directors.
• Analyze data to assist business teams in making more informed, data-driven decisions.
• Utilize data storytelling techniques to convey findings in a manner that is easily understood by non-technical colleagues, ensuring clarity and engagement in presentations.
• Identify the need for improvements in essential operational and analytical dashboards, defining requirements to enhance them as user needs evolve.
• Discover opportunities to develop models and tools that yield relevant insights, targeting healthcare inefficiencies and generating solutions to eliminate them.
• Collaborate across the organization, maintaining stakeholder relationships with managers and senior managers, to pinpoint actions for improvements and track the impact of initiatives.
• Assist with other strategic projects as necessary to fulfill business needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of technical experience utilizing analytical tools and composing analytical reports.
• Over 3 years of proven ability to work with large datasets, translating analyses into relevant insights through a structured and systematic thought process.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, regarding business reporting impacts and requirements, as demonstrated by 5 or more examples/projects of presenting analyses to Leadership (Director+).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, capable of filtering, aggregating, and constructing CTEs, or competency in R or Python, including familiarity with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing dashboards and utilizing Looker or other business intelligence/data visualization tools.
• More than 3 years of experience, including proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to implement VLookup, nested if statements, and connected Sheets.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or the insurance sector.
