This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for creating and implementing a comprehensive strategy for institutional webinars and events that fosters lead generation, growth of the sales pipeline, customer engagement, brand visibility, and establishes thought leadership.
• Take ownership of the strategy, planning, execution, and enhancement of webinars, trade shows, conferences, events, and virtual experiences.
• Ensure that all events are seamlessly integrated into demand generation efforts, marketing automation systems, lead management workflows, attribution models, and reporting structures.
• Design and implement an annual strategy for webinars and events that aligns with the goals of Institutional Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Develop and oversee a consolidated annual calendar for webinars, conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, events, and virtual experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define event objectives, strategies for account engagement, and follow-up processes.
• Establish processes that enhance conversion rates from registration through to opportunity creation and revenue impact.
• Continuously refine event investments and strategies informed by performance metrics and business results.
• Lead the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, customer events, and hosted experiences.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and deliver high-quality experiences for attendees at all events.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in event marketing, webinar management, conference planning, trade show management, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Proven success in developing and executing event programs that generate qualified leads, enhance pipeline growth, and yield measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in planning and managing both virtual and in-person events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in budget management, expense forecasting, and vendor contract negotiation.
• Solid understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.
• Experience in evaluating event performance using CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and reporting tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Capability to set and achieve long-term strategic objectives while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Aptitude for effective collaboration and partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% of the time, including occasional evenings and weekends.
