This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee 25+ Day Out With Thomas events each touring season across the United States and Canada.
• Act as the primary liaison for designated host railroads.
• Manage site planning, marketing strategies, retail operations, and activity coordination.
• Evaluate marketing materials, site layouts, entertainment options, and final operational plans.
• Optimize marketing potentials and monitor ticket sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance event experiences and consumer interaction.
• Travel to designated events to assist with setup, execution, and dismantling.
• Arrange inflatables, banners, gift shops, merchandise, retail units, and activity areas.
• Ensure that the Thomas replica is immaculate and consistent with branding.
• Monitor touring assets, merchandise shipments, and replica engines.
• Generate concepts and proposals for new event assets.
• Gather daily ticket sales documentation and track weekend capacity.
• Communicate national marketing strategies and initiate responsive marketing programs.
• Review and authorize railroad marketing and advertising strategies.
• Prepare post-event reports and assess marketing performance.
• Advocate for social media, influencer engagements, and specialized marketing initiatives.
• Submit event wrap-up reports, final figures, invoices, and return information.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel around 70% of the time.
• Capability to lift up to approximately 30 lbs.
• Preferred experience in Live Events, Themed Attractions, or Ticketed Touring Shows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and proactive in approach.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Competent in leading and managing teams effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
