Senior Manager – Warranty and Services Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Analyze, question, and enhance existing processes and products.

• Utilize technology and data to reduce costs while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Guarantee that best practices are communicated and disseminated across all our local entities in Europe.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including Product/Tech, Legal, Finance, and external partners for upcoming project implementations.

• Establish financial objectives and planning frameworks for the extended warranty and maintenance subscription program.

• Enforce cost-control measures, create training materials, optimize product content, and boost revenue through focused revenue management and renewal strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent analytical abilities and the skill to prioritize effectively to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

• Up to 5 years of pertinent experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management, ideally with a recognized insurer or OEM captive in an international setting.

• Independence and a proven history of collaborating with high-level stakeholders on a global scale.

• Enthusiasm and drive to advance tasks and take ownership of projects.

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in any other European language is an advantage.
