Senior Manager, Value-Based Care Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee provider relationships to enhance health outcomes, ensure cost efficiency, and comply with both state and federal Medicaid requirements.

• Guide teams in managing provider contract performance while aiding in the creation and execution of strategic, value-driven contract relationships.

• Negotiate network agreements with healthcare providers, set reimbursement rates, establish service agreements, and define performance metrics.

• Provide insights on provider performance, network adequacy, geographical coverage, and member satisfaction.

• Carry out market analyses, evaluate competitive positioning, and propose strategies to sustain a competitive advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in provider network management, contract negotiations, or value-based contracting specifically within Medicaid or managed care programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of Medicaid reimbursement models, value-based care, and risk-sharing arrangements.

• Proven ability to analyze financial and quality performance data and execute process improvements.

• Experience in measuring provider performance, enhancing quality, and fostering robust provider partnerships.

• Must reside in the Louisiana market.
