Senior Manager, User Operations

📋 Description

• The Senior Manager of User Operations will oversee the complete user activation and entitlements process, ensuring precise data collection, timely provisioning, and consistent access to appropriate products and content.

• This position requires collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Content, Engineering, and offshore operations teams to optimize workflows, resolve intricate user issues, and facilitate a seamless and scalable activation experience.

• Your responsibilities will include enhancing our current tool suite, conducting regular quality assurance checks, and engaging with various stakeholder teams within AlphaSense to deliver key performance indicators that enhance both quality and resolution times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A leader in operations with a passion for developing systems and utilizing technology to create solutions within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS market leader.

• A natural systems thinker with a proven track record of implementing scalable workflows and leveraging automation to minimize manual efforts.

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in user operations or user fulfillment within a SaaS environment.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity, proactively identify challenges, and propose solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.

• Possess a strong executive presence with experience and comfort in leading change among stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

• Customer-oriented, recognizing the significance of providing prompt, real-time support to end users to ensure they are fully empowered by our tools.

• Proficient in handling operational data, including interpreting, analyzing, and extracting actionable insights.
