Senior Manager, US Spanish Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Adapt and customize the BetterHelp product to cater to Spanish-speaking individuals in the US.

• Oversee BetterHelp’s marketing budget focused on the Spanish-speaking demographic.

• Enhance the media strategy and marketing budget across various channels, including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio.

• Advocate for the cultural nuances, needs, and preferences of the US Hispanic audience to enable BetterHelp to gain a deeper understanding of the segment.

• Manage the supply and demand equilibrium for Spanish-speaking therapists and clients.

• Leverage data and business cases to support the growth of the Spanish-speaking segment.

• Collaborate and influence cross-functionally and asynchronously with BetterHelp teams, including product, compliance, legal, engineering, clinical operations, and more.

• Create the medium and long-term growth strategy, along with product and marketing localization for Spanish speakers in the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fast-paced technology, marketing, and/or consulting environments.

• Proficient in Spanish, both written and verbal.

• Strong understanding of US Hispanic consumer attitudes and preferences.
