
Senior Manager, U.S. Commercial Training – Pharmacy Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Adapt training programs for the US market.
• Localize and enhance commercial training to align with US customer segments (Hospital, Retail, LTC, National Accounts).
• Ensure that training reflects the complexities of US deals, multi-stakeholder buying processes, and capital sales realities.
• Translate sales strategies into comprehensive, end-to-end learning journeys (e.g., onboarding, development, advanced capability building).
• Oversee US execution of new hire readiness, which includes instructor-led training (ILT), pre-start home study programs, and a structured 90-day ramp-up and certification model.
• Design and deliver impactful training through in-person field sessions, virtual learning programs, and advanced capability workshops.
• Implement and integrate the global coaching framework within the US operations.
• Incorporate training into key sales activities, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), deal assessments, and pipeline management.
• Assess training effectiveness using both leading and lagging indicators.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from sales representatives and frontline managers.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7–12+ years of experience in leading sales enablement, sales training, or commercial capability functions within a large, complex organization (experience in Life Sciences is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training and facilitate ongoing field adoption.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and execution rigor.
• Experience collaborating directly with field sales teams.
• Background in MedTech, healthcare, or capital equipment sectors.
• Proven experience in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
