This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the implementation of advanced analytics and AI-driven transformation projects within People Analytics to enhance insight generation, decision-making assistance, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Take ownership of visualization standards and user experience for dashboards and business intelligence tools that convert intricate data into straightforward, actionable business stories.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards and insight products beyond Workday utilizing business intelligence tools such as Qlik, ThoughtSpot, or comparable platforms.
• Supervise one individual contributor tasked with analytics, visualization, dashboard creation, or insight product assistance.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to identify workforce inquiries, prioritize analytics requirements, and translate insights into implementable recommendations.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques, statistical theories, research design, and measurement modeling to assess workforce trends, business results, risks, and opportunities.
• Employ SQL, Python, and other analytical tools to extract, transform, analyze, and model data from Workday and other enterprise data sources.
• Create predictive, diagnostic, and descriptive analytics that facilitate strategic workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational efficiency, and HR transformation.
• Work with Workday reporting, HR Technology, and data governance teams to guarantee that analytics solutions utilize reliable data, clear definitions, suitable access controls, and privacy protections.
• Articulate analytical findings, methodologies, assumptions, and suggestions in clear, practical terms for senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Offer coaching, prioritization guidance, and developmental support to the individual contributor associated with the role.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• An advanced degree is preferred in a quantitative, research, analytics, or business field.
• 10 to 15 years of overall experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, HR analytics, workforce analytics, transformation, or related fields is preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of managerial or leadership experience is preferred, including direct or matrix leadership of analytics resources.
• Experience in leading advanced analytics, AI-driven transformation, visualization roadmap development, or insight product delivery is preferred.
• Proficiency in working with Workday data and HR systems is required.
• Experience with SQL, Python, BI platforms, and advanced analytics methodologies is required.
