Senior Manager – Transformation Management Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage significant transformation projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and yield measurable results.

• Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to establish the program strategy and roadmap while overseeing execution.

• Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and both internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment, buy-in, and support for transformation initiatives.

• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the progress and effectiveness of transformation projects.

• Identify and address risks related to transformation projects.

• Serve as a primary advocate for change, engaging teams and aligning them to reach transformation objectives and performance metrics.

• Lead comprehensive cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives, including oversight of the project plan, deliverables, owners, deadlines, and the RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading large-scale transformations within the healthcare or Medtech sector.

• Previous experience in management consulting at a prestigious firm is preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically and devise innovative solutions.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

• Transformation Principles: Familiarity and/or experience with agile/lean processes is preferred.

• Collaborative Approach: Strong skills in collaboration and teamwork.

• Results-driven, proactive, and able to engage in hands-on tasks to ensure timely completion of necessary activities.

• Adaptability: Proficient in navigating and managing change in a dynamic environment.

• Proven history of successfully driving transformation initiatives that deliver high-impact results.
