
Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee various Transaction Advisory Services projects within the healthcare sector, encompassing buy-side and sell-side transactions, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, physician alignment initiatives, and financial due diligence.
• Act as the primary consultant for executive leadership teams, private equity sponsors, health systems, physician organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders throughout the entire transaction process.
• Manage financial due diligence evaluations, including Quality of Earnings assessments, working capital reviews, debt and debt-like evaluations, financial modeling, earn-out calculations, and transaction-related analytics.
• Recognize and articulate transaction risks, value enhancement opportunities, and strategic factors to clients.
• Provide insights on purchase agreements and work closely with legal teams to ensure appropriateness.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
• Create executive-level presentations, diligence reports, board materials, and other client deliverables.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients while pinpointing opportunities to extend existing engagements and cultivate new business.
• Spearhead proposal development, client presentations, and business development efforts in collaboration with TAS leadership.
• Mentor and cultivate consulting professionals through coaching, technical support, and performance feedback while promoting a collaborative, high-achieving team atmosphere.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of the TAS practice through initiatives for continuous improvement, recruitment, thought leadership, and the establishment of best practices and consulting methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA, MHA, CPA, CFA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of six (6+) years of progressive experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, Healthcare Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading intricate healthcare transactions, including buy-side and sell-side projects, financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings assessments, working capital evaluations, financial modeling, and transaction-related analytics.
• Experience in the healthcare sector across one or more areas, such as hospitals and health systems, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), managed service organizations (MSOs), dental service organizations (DSOs), revenue cycle management, healthcare IT, payors, pharmacy, post-acute care, or other healthcare entities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, build trusted relationships with executive-level clients, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with proven leadership, sound business judgment, and the ability to mentor and develop consulting professionals.
• Experience within a dedicated healthcare Transaction Advisory Services or Financial Due Diligence practice, advising private equity firms, strategic investors, or healthcare organizations through complex transactions is highly preferred.
