This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the compensation strategy and program implementation across the United States and Canada.
• Provide guidance to HR and business leaders regarding pay decisions associated with recruitment and promotions.
• Drive the execution and ongoing enhancement of comprehensive compensation processes.
• Assist in the administration and governance of quarterly incentive programs.
• Perform job evaluations and role leveling to support organizational design.
• Create data-driven recommendations regarding base salary and incentive compensation.
• Ensure that compensation practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address compensation priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• More than 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or closely related analytical positions, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in supporting compensation programs within a large, multinational, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling abilities, along with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices, including FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency issues.
