• Take charge of TikTok Shop's GMV, ROAS, margin, and growth initiatives.
• Execute GMV Max, Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and Live Shopping strategies.
• Oversee creator, affiliate, and user-generated content programs.
• Establish creator briefs, budgets, commissions, and testing priorities.
• Enhance listings, bundles, coupons, promotions, and merchandising efforts.
• Collaborate directly with TikTok representatives and platform partners.
• Advocate for betas, incentives, and new avenues for growth.
• Monitor account health, compliance, and moderation challenges.
• Manage Shopify merchandising, product detail pages (PDPs), landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Boost subscription acquisition, retention, and reduce churn.
• Direct Meta paid social strategy and creative testing initiatives.
• Oversee email and SMS flows, campaigns, launches, and retention strategies.
• Create comprehensive reports across TikTok Shop, Shopify, Meta, and customer retention.
• Forecast revenue, spending, inventory signals, and launch requirements.
• Hold agencies accountable for results rather than just activity.
• Over 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce, or digital growth.
• Proven ownership of TikTok Shop.
• Experience in owning or scaling TikTok Shop GMV.
• Strong operational experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with Meta paid social strategies.
• Experience in email and SMS lifecycle marketing.
• Background in managing agencies.
• Excellent asynchronous writing skills and proficiency in Slack communication.
• Capable of taking ownership of results with minimal process reliance.
