• Create and execute a detailed IT Change Enablement strategy that aligns with digital transformation goals and organizational priorities.
• Develop an enterprise-wide Technology Change Enablement framework that is integrated into IT governance, portfolio management, and funding processes.
• Incorporate structured Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies into IT project lifecycles, ensuring that change planning commences at the business case development stage.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness diagnostics, and adoption risk modeling for enterprise IT projects.
• Design and implement AI-driven adoption analytics capabilities utilizing system usage data, workflow metrics, and engagement signals.
• Deploy predictive analytics models to detect adoption risks, resistance trends, and change fatigue within business units.
• Utilize AI tools for sentiment analysis (e.g., surveys, feedback channels, collaboration platforms) to evaluate organizational readiness and perceptions of change.
• Create automated dashboards that monitor real-time adoption metrics, behavioral changes, and indicators of value realization.
• Analyze user behavior patterns using analytics to customize enablement strategies (training, communications, interventions) accordingly.
• Collaborate with data teams to incorporate telemetry, ERP/CRM/BIM usage data, and productivity metrics into change insights reporting.
• Develop and deploy a Value Realization framework for IT investments, encompassing KPI definition, baseline establishment, and alignment of benefits ownership.
• Work with Finance to quantify ROI, productivity enhancements, cost savings, and operational advancements.
• Set up governance processes to monitor benefit realization beyond the go-live phase, ensuring ongoing value capture.
• Create executive-level dashboards that connect adoption metrics with financial and operational outcomes.
• Lead post-implementation value assessments to evaluate performance against business case expectations.
• Ensure accountability with business sponsors for the delivery of benefits and realization of outcomes.
• Oversee the enterprise communications strategy for significant IT transformations.
• Mentor the IT OCM Lead in developing scalable training, enablement, and reinforcement programs.
• Foster leadership alignment and sponsor effectiveness through structured engagement plans and executive coaching.
• Build change champion networks and digital ambassadors to facilitate sustained adoption.
• Identify gaps in organizational capabilities and coordinate interventions to enhance digital fluency and technology adoption maturity.
• Integrate change enablement metrics into IT PMO governance and stage gate approvals.
• Implement enterprise change saturation monitoring to avert overload and initiative fatigue.
• Develop a Technology Change Maturity Model and perform periodic assessments.
• Utilize automation to optimize communications, feedback mechanisms, and reporting workflows.
• Continuously refine enablement strategies based on data insights, lessons learned, and AI-driven recommendations.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, agility, experimentation, and measurable business impact.
• Directly supervise the IT OCM Lead and the Value Realization & Communications Lead.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and skills development in data-informed change practices.
• Establish measurable performance targets for adoption, engagement, and value realization.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration among IT, Finance, HR, and business units.
• Enhance organizational capabilities in AI-enabled change management practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Leadership, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline) is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT organizational change, digital transformation, enterprise technology implementation, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives associated with complex IT implementations (ERP, BIM platforms, CRM, collaboration tools, cloud migrations, etc.).
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in managing OCM, adoption, communications, or value realization teams.
• Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or similar are preferred.
• Additional certifications in data analytics, AI, or digital transformation frameworks are preferred.
• Proven success in utilizing analytics, system telemetry, and behavioral data to enhance technology adoption outcomes.
• Experience in implementing structured OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, or similar).
• A demonstrated history of defining business cases, ROI models, and measurable benefit realization frameworks.
• Experience working with Finance to validate cost savings, productivity enhancements, and financial impacts.
• Strong expertise in IT-based organizational change and digital adoption strategies.
• A comprehensive understanding of enterprise technology implementation lifecycles.
• The ability to leverage AI and analytics to facilitate predictive change management and measurable results.
• Strong financial acumen and the capability to translate technology initiatives into quantifiable business value.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms, dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), PPM tools, and survey/sentiment tools.
• Experience utilizing automation platforms to enhance workflows and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills at the executive level.
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
• A strategic thinker with strong operational execution discipline.
• High emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, contract/text analytics, automation platforms) is preferred.
• Experience in AEC or project-based professional services environments is preferred.
