• Oversee the planning of sprints, distribution of tasks, and achievement of squad objectives.

• Track frontend performance utilizing AppDynamics and Google Analytics.

• Ensure that all outputs adhere to security and compliance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in a comparable role, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Strong expertise in frontend performance monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards, particularly in digital environments.

• Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage intricate projects and achieve outcomes.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
