📋 Description

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional results and impactful client outcomes.

• Act as a reliable advisor to high-level stakeholders, including executives at the C-suite level.

• Convert vague business challenges into defined strategies, actionable plans, and quantifiable results.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders and facilitate essential decision-making processes.

• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, striking a balance between hands-on contributions and strategic direction.

• Offer coaching on problem structuring, narrative development, and effective client communication.

• Ensure teams are functioning efficiently, prioritizing essential tasks and meeting project deadlines.

• Distill complex, varied inputs into clear insights and deliverables suitable for executive presentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in management consulting, technology, or related domains.

• Demonstrated success in leading intricate, large-scale programs.

• Experience in team management and delivering work directly to clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in navigating ambiguity and providing structure to complex challenges.

• Systems thinking that spans business processes and technology ecosystems.

• Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, or modern software architectures.

• Background in software development or direct technical experience (preferred).

• Experience in private equity or transaction-focused environments (preferred).

• Exposure to early-stage products or startup settings (preferred).

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) (preferred).
