Senior Director Analyst – AI in HR Strategy and Transformation

• Generate innovative and actionable insights for Gartner clients.

• Cultivate new insights through thought leadership initiatives.

• Provide personalized advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders.

• Assist in sales endeavors by representing the voice of the market.

• Establish credibility as an industry expert while mentoring junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles.

• In-depth understanding of CHRO challenges and familiarity with CHRO workflows.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI strategies in HR.

• Knowledge of the HR tech landscape, market dynamics, vendors, products, and emerging AI use cases.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and presentation capabilities.

• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis.

• Extensive knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
