AI GRC Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain AI-enabled internal platforms, tools, and integrations that support cybersecurity compliance operations, client delivery, sales operations, reporting, and governance workflows.

• Create intelligent automation solutions utilizing platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, APIs, workflow orchestration tools, and low-code/no-code automation systems to enhance operational scalability and minimize manual effort.

• Assist in the design and improvement of GRC workflows associated with frameworks like CMMC, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, and related cybersecurity compliance initiatives.

• Generate and refine AI prompts, agent workflows, retrieval systems, and contextual knowledge structures to facilitate operational and client-facing use cases.

• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, analytics workflows, and AI-assisted insights using operational data sourced from systems such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Ninety.io, Jira, and other enterprise platforms.

• Ensure that AI solutions comply with organizational security requirements, confidentiality standards, data governance policies, and relevant compliance obligations.

• Collaborate with leadership, operations, PMO, HR, sales, compliance, and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and operational modernization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, systems integration, or platform development.

• Proven experience with AI/LLM platforms like OpenAI/ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or analogous technologies.

• Experience in constructing AI-assisted workflows, automations, or agent-based systems.

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration.

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks including one or more of the following:

• ○ CMMC

• ○ NIST 800-171 / 800-53

• ○ ISO 27001

• ○ SOC 2

• ○ PCI DSS

• ○ FedRAMP

• Experience in integrating enterprise platforms such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, systems-thinking approach, and process optimization mindset.
