This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation of innovative healthcare assurance and certification initiatives.
• Develop assessment methodologies, standards frameworks, evaluation procedures, and monitoring processes.
• Create governance structures, operational policies, and quality management systems.
• Keep track of emerging trends in healthcare, technology, regulations, and compliance, integrating them into program development.
• Work alongside internal and external subject matter experts to establish standards and assessment criteria.
• Assist in pilot programs, market validation initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
• Formulate assessor qualification criteria and training programs for reviewers.
• Represent AAPC at industry forums, advisory committees, and stakeholder gatherings.
• Aid in the commercialization, adoption, and growth of new assurance solutions.
• Develop scalable operational systems to support the long-term expansion of programs.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, compliance, assurance, certification, governance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing or managing standards-based programs.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory frameworks, and quality systems.
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholder groups, including healthcare organizations, technology firms, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
