• Assist with SOC1 and SOC2 compliance initiatives for Sophia Learning and Workforce Edge.
• Facilitate the collection of technical evidence, documentation of controls, and remediation efforts across the technical operations team.
• Contribute to corporate-led SOX compliance activities.
• Oversee the Integration & Support team to guarantee prompt and dependable resolution of technical issues related to partners and platforms.
• Direct the DevOps operations including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and management of cloud environments.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the development of a team of direct reports.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, IT compliance, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing technical teams is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with SOC1, SOC2, or SOX compliance processes is required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on or managerial experience in GCP, AWS, or cloud environments is required.
• Experience in managing data integrations or API-based partner ecosystems is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required (Master’s Degree is preferred).
• CISA, CISSP, AWS, or GCP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
