Senior Manager, Technical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for users utilizing the AdQuick platform, while developing client support systems, tools, and educational resources.

• Create and sustain operational procedures for onboarding and offboarding, access management, incident response, and change management.

• Foster relationships with vendors and agencies.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical operations aligned with company objectives.

• Take the lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives: tool migrations, system integrations, and automation projects.

• Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor operational health and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.

• Address escalations and swiftly resolve operational challenges with effective communication.

• Document systems, runbooks, and processes to enable team scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations, IT operations, DevOps, or a similar field.

• Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), SaaS administration, and identity/access management (Okta, Google Workspace, etc.).

• Demonstrated success in managing vendor and/or client relationships.

• Exceptional project management capabilities — adept at managing multiple workstreams without oversight.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred: Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

• Experience in people management.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Linear).
